UPDATE: Source: EU to vote to prolong Russian blacklist on Mar 12

BRUSSELS, Feb 21 (PRIME) -- The E.U. plans to prolong the blacklist of Russian and Ukrainian individuals and companies on March 12 as the permanent representatives have voted for a rollover, a source in the E.U. told PRIME on Wednesday.

“Coreper (the committee of permanent representatives) has agreed. The council will approve the decision on March 12,” the source said.

No changes will be introduced to the list, the source said. “There will be no changes. Minor technical changes in the data concerning some of the sanctioned persons will take place but there will be no additions and no removals from the list.”

The current set of individual sanctions shall remain in force until March 15.
